Are you or a loved one living with arthritis, cancer, heart problems, diabetes, asthma or other chronic diseases? This 6 week workshop shows you how to take small steps toward healthier living and managing day-to-day activities of life.
Learn techniques for taking control of your health! During the workshop you will learn how to:
- Manage Medications
- Deal with depression
- Eat wisely and well
- Control pain
- Set and meet your goals
- Control fatigue and frustration
- Start and maintain an exercise program
- Manage stress and learn to relax
- Solve problems
- Communicate better

Workshop taught by trained volunteers. Participants are encouraged to bring a family member or support person to each session.
